Terms of service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and InfraChamp ("we", "us") about using the monitoring service at infrachamp.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so.

1. What the service is

InfraChamp checks websites, APIs, ports, certificates, DNS records and scheduled jobs you tell it about, keeps a history of those checks, sends alerts to the channels you configure, and publishes a status page if you turn one on. Alerts include a written note that describes what our checks observed. The note is derived from that evidence and can be wrong or incomplete; it is not a diagnosis and you remain responsible for your systems.

2. Early access

The service is in early access. Features change, checks may run from a single region, and we make no uptime or delivery promises for the service itself during this period. We may limit, pause or close accounts to keep the service healthy. Nothing is charged during early access unless you agree to a paid plan in writing.

3. Your account

You sign in with an email link or a Google account. Keep your sign in email secure; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to monitor only systems you own or have permission to monitor, and not to use the service to:

Our checks make ordinary HTTP, TCP, TLS and DNS requests at the interval you choose. If an operator of a monitored system asks us to stop, we will pause the monitor and tell you.

5. Plans, limits and payment

Plans set how many monitors you can run, how often they are checked, and which alert channels and status pages are included. Current limits are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. When paid plans open, prices are shown before you buy, billed monthly or yearly in advance, and you can cancel at any time with the plan running to the end of the paid period. Early access accounts that were promised a free period keep it for that period.

6. Your data

You own what you put in: monitor targets, names, payloads your jobs send, and your channel details. You give us the permission needed to run the service with them, which means storing them, checking the targets, and sending alerts. Our privacy page describes what we collect and how long we keep it. We do not sell your data. Status pages you publish are public by design; do not put anything on one you want kept private.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the service running and to alert you promptly, but a monitoring service can miss outages, report false ones, or itself be unavailable. Do not rely on it as your only safeguard for anything where a missed alert would cause serious harm. Support is by email and best effort during early access.

8. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to us; your monitors stop and your data is deleted within 30 days except where we must keep it by law. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, threatens the service, or stays unused for a long time, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the service or from a missed, late or mistaken alert. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here with its date, and for material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes are resolved in the courts located there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: reply to any email from us, or use the early access form on the home page and we will write back.
